Perfect chance to put the new jacket to the test, right I have to say, I couldn’t be happier with this jacket! Even though it’s lightweight, it kept me warm and completely dry. The temperature is adjustable, so when the wind kicked up, I just hit a button and went from medium to high, staying comfy enough to clear my driveway AND two neighbors’. So when they saw a big sale in the fall, they jumped on it for a Christmas gift for their dad knowing he is always cold – suffers from Raynaud’s Disease. They were so proud of their surprise purchase. He absolutely loved it and to my surprised had been researching them. The only problem it, it was snug (because he had recently gained weight).
Wrote to Venustas customer service and to my surprise, Samantha wrote back immediately. She explained their 30-day policy (which we were clearly out of) BUT if we sent the item back AND everything was in tact, tags, battery, wires, etc and shown no signs of wear and tear, they would exchange it. So we did and within 14-days, we have a replacement. That’s amazing service.
