This was ordered for my brother as a Hanukkah present in December 2022 and its now February 2023 and the Jacket is still holding a charge all day and heating nicely. Keeps you nice and toasty in -20F weather! My brother is 6ft tall and 185-195lbs and we bought a size 2xl I believe and the vest fits him comfortably over a hoodie and t-shirt and under a heavy duty outdoor work jacket. The carrying case and protective pouch was a nice little addition. The best feature for me is that the battery bank has outlets to charge a phone inside the vest while the vest is worn, and it gives you an LED indication as to battery life. The main thing to remember is that if you want the vest to work at full capacity all day, you habe to charge the bank all night- 5-7 hours. Ever since I gave this vest to my son as gift, he does not leave home without it on a cold day. It is thin enough to fit under parka and not add to much bulk, or would work on it’s own. You don’t need to run it all the time: turning it on for a few minutes to warm up when you get out in the cold, and reduce heat once you get all warm and cozy.
