I purchased this jacket for him, and it works exceptionally well, and he adores it. However, the instructions lack some crucial information. He couldn’t get it to function, and we believed the battery was dead or there was an issue. The instructions provided no guidance on troubleshooting. I checked Amazon reviews and discovered there is a small button on the side that turns the battery off. I believe he might have inadvertently pressed it while fiddling with the jacket. Once I pressed it, we tried again, and it worked. This company should include more comprehensive instructions, which is why I’m giving it 4 stars.
